Welcome to the website of Madhu Chanda das
The purpose of this website is to propagate the teachings of the Śrīmad Bhāgavatam, as presented by Śrī Śrīmad A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupāda, the founder-ācārya of the International Society for Krishna Consciousness (ISKCON). It also draws on the works of other ācāryas and commentators of the Śrīmad Bhāgavatam such as Śrī Vallabha Ācārya, Śrīdhara Swami, Sanātana Goswami, and Śrīla Viśvanātha Chakravartī Ṭhākura.
The website supports this mission by sharing their teachings through the performance of Bhāgavatam-saptāha and offers information about Madhucchanda Dāsa and his preaching activities related to the Śrīmad Bhāgavatam. It also features daily spiritual stories meant to inspire and instruct visitors on their own paths of spiritual development.
Also you can find that we are daily posting instructive spiritual stories. In this age of Kali yuga the most easy way to learn is by hearing stories. We hope you will find inspiration on your own path of spiritual development.
Srila Prabhupada says in a letter:
“So far the stories are concerned, the Vedic literature are full of instructive stories for the spiritual advancement of human society. Because people want to hear stories for them the Vedic idea or concept is explained in 18 Puranas and the Mahabharata. If I get good assistance I can over flood your country with stories so nice and instructive.”
Please visit our page daily and get your doze of inspiration at your hearth.
One may say that all this story’s who we can find on this page are not from book Srimad Bhagavatam.
That is truth, but they are all here to suport and expand techings of Srimad Bhagavatam.
As Sri Srimad A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada – Founder acarya of the International Society for Krishna Consciousness (ISKCON) say:
“Word Bhagavatam comes from sanskrit word Bhagavan weach means God and reffers to anything conected to God. In this way everything conected to God, all activitis of his devotees at all times and all places is Srimad Bhagavatam. In this way Bhagavatam can expand unlimitedly.”
